All Bible Pen Privacy Policy

All Bible Pen is a mobile app provided by XYNX for Bible scribing, personal translation projects, journaling, similarity review, and collaboration review workflows. This policy explains what information the app accesses and how it is used.

Information stored by the app

The app stores projects, typed scripture and translation text, autosave revisions, review records, journal documents, and preferences in local app storage and a local database on your device. Bible translation files imported by the user may also be stored in the app's local translation storage.

Bible translations and similarity review

Similarity review uses translations that the user has installed or selected. Local review runs on the device, and review findings and resolution status are stored in the app database. The app does not make legal determinations about whether a translation may be used or published.

AI and MCP review

AI or MCP-based review runs only when the user configures a provider and explicitly allows text transfer. Provider settings, transfer scope, and data handling are governed by the provider or gateway selected by the user.

Collaboration

Collaboration features store member roles, autosave revisions, changesets, review requests, and release snapshots. If server sync is enabled in a distributed build, the app may exchange the minimum project and revision data required to synchronize changes.

Files, sharing, and export

The app may import translation files, export written work as JSON or PDF, or share generated files when the user chooses those actions. These actions are limited to files and destinations selected by the user.

Analytics and diagnostics

Depending on the distributed build configuration, diagnostic or crash information may be processed to improve stability and quality.

Children's privacy

All Bible Pen is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
