AllSearchApp Privacy Policy

AllSearchApp is a mobile on-device document search app provided by XYNX. This policy explains what information and permissions AllSearchApp uses and how that information is handled.

Files and folders selected by the user

AllSearchApp accesses only files or folders that the user explicitly selects. To provide document search and previews, the app may read and index supported formats on the device, including PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, TXT, MD, HWPX/HWP, and KakaoTalk export text files.

Local index and search history

Document paths, file names, file sizes, modified timestamps, extracted text blocks, search indexes, search history, filters, and sorting settings may be stored in the app's local database or app storage. Core search and indexing run on the device without server upload.

KakaoTalk export files

If the user selects KakaoTalk export text or related media files, the app may locally analyze and store messages, displayed sender names, timestamps, and attachment links to provide chat-style previews and search results. This data is not uploaded to AllSearchApp or XYNX servers without the user's choice.

OCR and document previews

For PDFs or image-based documents, the app may use on-device OCR or text recognition features provided by the operating system or platform. OCR results may be stored in the local index for search and preview features.

Pro features and app lock

Settings such as Pro features, license codes, app lock, PIN, and biometric unlock preferences may be stored locally to provide app features. Biometric authentication is handled by the operating system. AllSearchApp does not directly collect or store biometric data.

App permissions

The app may request file or media access permissions for file selection, folder registration, document previews, sharing, and export features. Permissions are used only to provide document search and management features selected by the user.

Analytics and crash reporting

Depending on the distribution build, diagnostic or crash information may be processed to improve app stability and quality. Whether these tools are enabled and what they process may vary by distribution channel, and this policy will be updated when features change.

Third-party services

Core document search does not require third-party server transfer. If app stores, operating systems, payment platforms, crash reporting, or analytics SDKs are used, those services may process information needed for their own functions under their own policies.

Children's privacy

AllSearchApp is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
